  The ECG killer bills are dread. With post paid bills, you pay monthly bills yet they will quote the same figure to you as Outstanding bill the last decimal point.. Then add adjustment. The whole thing Kplanya. Why?

  I am sure your meters meet all standards but how does your meter charge per watt-hour. Mine, which is prepaid, and seems to charge more Cedis recently, for the same usage, with just 2 people in my house.
