  How is their breaks administered?
  How do they accrue their vacation and how are their daily hours determined
  How are they check if they report to work and lastly do they need all workers in dept to report at the same time as volume of work is determined on time
  Govt should abolish different ranks and only create junior and senior workers and pay them hourly for the junior and only the manager should have salary
