How are they check if they report to work and lastly do they need all workers in dept to report at the same time as volume of work is determined on time
Govt should abolish different ranks and only create junior and senior workers and pay them hourly for the junior and only the manager should have salary

What did Rashid Pelpuo tell unemployed graduates when he was heading the employment ministry in John Mahama's first term? - They should gather gravel and sell to estate developers or they should cut grass and sell to livestock owners.
The fact that John Mahama appointed this same useless man at the ministry shows that Mahama himself does not care a hoot about the youth of this country, when it comes to the issue of employment.
