I told them that if they don’t find you today, they will come after you tomorrow.

As time went on, the internet café business eventually collapsed because many people began getting internet access at cheaper prices in their homes and other places. As a result, those involved in these activities simply reorganised themselves and continued the business elsewhere.

A very greater percentage of them were Nigerians using Ghanaian and European names. The European or American names were used to make the victims think they were dealing with their fellow Europeans or Americans and it worked like magic. Many elderly homosexual men were (and still are) very easy targets. All they wanted to see was a younger person stripping naked and showing his erect manhood in front of the PC camera and that was enough to scam the elderly fools.

In short, during scamming, they use completely false identities and lace of abodes, so that the victim would never know they are Ghanaians. The true identities only become known, when victims report and cyber security experts get involved.
Know that, this scamming is not confined to USA only. It happens allover: UK, Germany and in all the 'rich' countries.
