Corruption with impunity currently is the order of the day in the sick GAF. Give a commission officer ghc10 to procure military hardware or accoutrements and he and his clique will pocket ghc 9 and use ghc 1 to buy 3rd grade equipments for the army. If you've never witnessed APARTHEID first hand,just visit the barracks and see how officers treats soldiers hitherto called other ranks and you'll appreciate that the Whiteman was being very lenient to the black man.
