John Dramani Mahama is Ghana's President
President John Dramani Mahama is set to undertake a four-day working visit to the South Korea from March 10 to March 14, 2026.
According to a statement issued by Felix Kwakye Ofosu, Spokesperson to the President and Minister for Government Communications, the President will depart Accra on Sunday for the official trip.
During the visit, President Mahama is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with the President of the Republic of Korea, Lee Jae-myung.
He will also meet with the Speaker of the Korean National Assembly, Woo Won-shik.
The statement further indicated that the Ghanaian leader will participate in a ship-naming ceremony at the Hyundai Heavy Industries shipyard in Ulsan.
As part of his engagements, President Mahama will deliver a speech at a conferment ceremony at Yonsei University.
The visit is expected to strengthen bilateral relations between Ghana and South Korea while promoting economic and diplomatic cooperation between the two countries.
