Without doubt this is one of the best initiatives by the Democracy Hub. There is a need for transparency in recruitment to the public sector. The best and most qualified should be given the job. We can not have efficiency and professionalism in the public sector when the available positions are occupied by family members and friends. Let us all help to reset Ghana.
