  Dear Ghana Water, Residents of Nana-krom in the Adenta enclave have been denied access to water for weeks, all efforts to seek redress is not helping.
  Your call center seem only interested in receiving user complaints and forward same to the districts without any feedback mechanism to customers.
  Your PR manager told the whole country every house hold is suppose to get water at least once a week. I am bringing to your attention that for the residents of Nana Krom this is not the case.
  Who else can we escalate this issue to...............???????
