That institution should be scraped altogether. It is totally hopeless. They were there when the looting was ongoing in the previous Government. Why were they quiet? Is it not part of their mandate to safeguard the interest of the citizens? Traditional leaders can have their council of elders we don't need that at the national level. Stop wasting our tax money on that institution.
