This work can be done easily with less stress on the public.Work with speed from 9pm to 5am that is 9 good hrs to do something meaningful.
Work in the night ok
Lazy Ghanaians, put in place diversions during the night and weekends so work can continue with any hindering during working hours.
Common sense should inform the contractor and the supervising Engineer that this critical part of the project requires late night (10:30pm to 5:00am) traffic management to ease pressure on road users.
These contractors are real jackasses because simple mathematics isn't their thing. Instead of scheduling full time work for the night, starting from 12 am to 4 am , their stupidity won't allow them to do this thinking outsi ...
