It's a national celebration so celebrating it at Ho or Koforidua doesn't mean all the quoted amounts were spent on that regional capitals. When will ndc stop their propaganda here propaganda there? Why not give the breakdowns ...

Why not give the breakdowns from 1957 to 2025 but only from 2023 and 2024 ? Independence celebration used to be celebrated only in Accra where the sitting president took the salute. Then later, since it's a national celebration, it was decided that the celebration would be going round the regional capitals each year which I think was initiated during JJ Rawlings era. JDM's first term was the same and if JDM has come back and you say you are cutting down cost, where from this partial breakdown? I think the best thing is to stop the celebration all together to save money for more important things. This year's cost of the celebration at jubilee house alone could provide furniture or construct classroom blocks for kids studying under trees. Cheap politics nkoaa, apuuu

Why AI for attitude test? You see how corruption is shaping the perception of some members in governance. By the time this recruitment exercise ends, we will know the true colour of the interior minister and his cronies. I am not against AI but where I have a problem is that you told me to write the test online forgetting the fact that this country has a lot of challenges with Internet connectivity. There are some places where there is no Internet access yet you went ahead and conducted the test online. For the sake of transparency, I was expecting that after the exams the applicant would see his results instantly but this did not happen. Instead, you went and slept and in a week you came to tell me that I had failed the test. If it were you, would you accept it? Where is the fairness and where is the transparency? I am appealing to the government and the members of Parliament to intervene as soon as possible and ask the interior Minister to stop the exercise immediately and engage withstakeholders and design an appropriate mechanism to recruit well-deserved Ghanaians into our forces. If the government fails to act we will hit the streets and register our displeasure because this is more than a broad daylight robbery. Ghanaian youth deserve better in this recruitment process.

Ndc govt painted and sold to Ghanaians bad economy after assuming power last year 2025, but they spent only Ghc l.0 milion on independence day. 2026 they're preaching and singing: stable economy, good micro economic indicators, single digit inflation, strong cedi dollar rate etc, yet the expenditure for year's independence day event at same venue increased by 50% at Ghc 1.5 million. Who are they fanfooling? The reality by their own figures have betrayed the govt big time....
