  You see this empty headed opoku is trying use Rawllings, mobutu style to pass infornation to the public which Ghainaian landlords are not afraid of.
  Even Rawllings time landlords did not run away from the country.
  Does the government have housing deficit for the nation?and you were talking about western world that people bring their properties to the rent control for people to rent.
