  If MPs (Members of Parliament) cannot even be honest to abolish the practice of Political Appointment to ensure that every top government official is elected by vote that would allow fairness and equal opportunity for any competent honest citizens with great expertise to also have the chance to serve in top positions in government, then here else will fairness come from? The lack of transparency and corruption that lead to failure and recycling of poverty in Ghana appears to start from law makers and Parliament who possibly seems to copy blindly from advanced nations without and unique or proprietary ideology of real answers to solve their societal problems. Until the practice political appointments is abolished and all top government officials are required to be genuinely elected by votes, Ghana is not developing or going anywhere and I can prophesy to this by divine authority of God who protect Ghana, America and the entire world of nations.   It appears that corrupt is in the DNA of Ghana and most Ghanaians, because it is possibly rooted in Parliament and or MPs who cannot be bold and or honest to amend the constitution and abolish the practice of political appointment, so that every top government officials will be elected by votes to create; competence, expertise, honesty, fairness, responsibility, transparency, independence, performance, competition and equal rights etc. The practice of political appointments is the reasons why "winner takes all", "corruption", "incompetence" and other bad habits keep destroying Ghana, creating poverty and enslaving most Ghanaians, including highly educated people of great knowledge who are not even respected in most developed or advanced nations.   MPs in Parliament must amend the constitution, abolish the practice of political appointments and pass new laws to require that all top government officials be elected by votes, so that the elected officials can choose their running mates or deputies, assistants or next in command etc. This is the best and only way Ghana will develop faster. It is like the leaders, especially, MPs are joking. They come, waste time, die and new generation comes to repeat the same cycle of poverty with no new idea of their own but to duel on foreign ideologies without properly understanding how those system are disguised or without knowing the secrets of those mechanisms. If you do not have the divine intelligence of God called "Wisdom", you may never understand me or reason with me until you are permanently enslaved with no more ability to reason with me. That was how the millions of Ghanaians could not reason with Kwame Nkrumah but enslaved themselves with regrets and fake honor to him at this time.   Now the youth seeking employment cannot answer questions on aptitude tests.
