Rubbish. Kokofu is narrating what was taking place during his NPP government days. It was so bad that even corrupt Ken Agyapong could openly openly brag about how many unfit persons he had been getting to be recruited into the security services. When NPP went into opposition last year, NPP's Afenya-Markin was was wondering if the new government would allot him some slots for recruitment into the security services. This whole mess is what the NPP carried out in the eight years that NPP ran Ghana, and that Kokofu guy is just another lying hypocrite with his kokofunery noise.

The question now is, why was Kokofu silent about this corrupt practice when his NPP government was brazenly engaged in this recruiting corruption in the eight years that the NPP was squatting at Jubilee House?
