What Ghana is experiencing now, should have been checked far back ahead of time when some kind of educational policies were about to be implemented.

What Ghana is experiencing now, should have been checked far back ahead of time when some kind of educational policies were about to be implemented.
Educational Reform and free SHS policies.
Demand and supply theory. When supply is more than Demand, the result is surplus. Redundancy unemployment and all that we are witnessing today.
Areas in education that has to be transformed were neglected, Technical, Agricultural, and Vocational were neglected and concentration was on academics. Technical, Agricultural and Vocational make the young ones self employed and reliance.
Look at the academic courses, it only push and make the young ones dependable on the limited state resources
