E&P has been a contractor of the Gold Fields Damang and had long engaged both the regulator and Gold Fields to acquire the mines before 2025. You guys in the NPP are so envious about the man and took away the bauxite deal from him in 2017 and gifted it to the Chinese when his offer to the State was superior. Nkwaseafour!!! If I were Ibrahim Mahama, after taking the mines, I will offer better terms to the country than all the multinational mines operating in the country to shame fools in the NPP.

He just controversially acquired the black Volta concessions and now we are adding Damang mines to this same person. Why? Don’t we have other equally competent and capable Ghanaians even if thy Ndc or npp or not politically aligned? Even in a family, should all the goodies be given to one person just because he is close to the head of the family? We should not encourage this cronism. If it was not good yesterday, it shd not be good today.

If Ibrahim Mahama reckons he's a mining mogul that people say he is which I doubt he should go get a virgin concession and develop it into a mine rather than always using his political connections to takeover others. They did it to Azuma and they are about to do it again to Goldfields I hope the military is watching.
