Set clear criteria instead: minimum height, physical fitness, medical and mental checks, clean criminal record. That alone would limit who even bothers to apply.
But here’s the irony: visit a barracks and you’ll meet officers whose height or “standards” would have disqualified half the applicants. Apparently those rules only apply to people without party protocol. Funny how that works.

Look at nursing training admissions
Look all over
Why should desperate job seekers contribute internal resources for officials to squander or use to finance government work?
These things have gone on for too long and must end

You aren't a stranger in GH and this isn't the first time a recruitment exercise is conducted, unlike NPP regime all you hear is people have been recruited and in training.
