What I did not hear from the article is that the doctors did not have the title of the property or the land in their name.
So I would wait until the court decides who’s going to win the case. I’m learning from this

The land was acquired for th staff of the cardio unit. They used their own money to complete the building which was on given to them at the lentil level. Frimpong Boateng in 2014 dubiously went to the lands commission to change the title from the CTC to his name. Originally when the land was acquired in 2000 it was in the name of CTC which was supposed to be transferred into the name of the staff. Frimpong Boateng continuously lied to them that the documents in pursuit of changing into their names got missing at the lands commission so they should be patient. Not knowing he had all these dubious evil mind to change into his own name. So please be informed that the land was not originally in his name. He changed it in 2014. Take note that these owners have occupied the said properties since 2006 without any interruption from th said Frimpong Boateng nor th CTC. So going by this they are even protected by the squatters rights. Frimpong Boateng and his son nicodemously sold all the 19 houses last year but only informed them to move on 9th March. Don't say what you don't know please. He initially sent them to the rent control. The rent control ruled that he cannot bring them there because they are not his tenants since there is no agreement or contract signed to that effect

The promise was to hand over to them completed houses but this was not done. They were given the properties at lentil level. So they completed it themselves. Please don't misinform people. The property was acquired in the name of CTC but with money contributed from the staff. They were promised that there will a transfer of deeds into their names since buying it in the name of the CTC was easier than buying in each person's name. Frimpong Boateng changed it into his name in 2014 meanwhile the land was acquired in 2000 and these staff who contributed received their buildings at the lentil level on 2006

One wonders why the Frimpong-Boatengs failed to have a written agreement with the plaintiffs, given that all land agreements are supposed to be in writing. There's appears to be some issue regarding how the land ended up in the names of the Frimpong-Boatengs, for the land supposedly originally had been acquired by NCC. This case very likely will expose dubious or fraudulent transfer of land, and should the court find so, then the plaintiffs will owe nothing to the Frimpong-Boatengs, but they will have to pay a fair market price to the NCC for the portions of lands that they built their houses. Interesting how some folks use political connections to engage in dubious land transactions.
