it is interesting how most media outlets have resort to project this story without being objective enough to listen to the Company involved, before publishing anything. how true is what is seen in the video to make news out of it? has anybody asked to cross check ,to verify the truth in what she is saying , before passing judgment on the treatment she received ? or we are all riding on sympathy to promote pity at the expense of doing the right thing in a video we saw online? how can you acquire a loan and default over 6weeks, and expect them to be happy with you even when you are not consistent with payment plan giving to you? you just fill entitled to pay the money anyhow because , you fill you have assessed the facility for 15times, which is not fifteen years like you saying. How come you made payment two weeks ago , and not bothered to confirm even with the vendor whether or not , the transaction was successful? Hmmmmm! a one sided story , has no balance or whatsoever!
