Spraying Chemtrails in March would seriously lead to severe bad weather (rain, cold and storms) in June, July and August - upon which these three months are the months people all over the world travel a lot and go on vacations - meaning, tourism boost. If your country has a bad weather, tourism would decrease and GDP will fall dramatically. And this, is also one of the destructive tricks and strategies of the evil white man towards Africa and all non white nations.
