Enough is e ough about portraying contractors all of them as cheats and doing bad jobs what rubbish is this.
Your engineers are qualified and they are to be relied on and your contractors have been prequalifued and simply pay them and respect them .
Yes they take loans and pay interest on these loans and donf get paid on time.
These attitudes of ministers thinking the monies paid to contractors are profits and are undeserved must stop.
Every contract has defects liability periods so pay them immediately on time and stop this envy and empty talk .
You use the buildings and enjoy the mojies contractors have put in and years after u still dont pay abx shen u dont even maintain the buildings u turn round and blame contractors for shoddy jobs.
Use your coconuts on your shoulders that's is if u have one in the first place.
Contractors and their associations stop this nonsense anx speak out loudly to protect the Ghanaian contractors and alm also the Chinese a d all others reputation and save their .ones and help them build their capacity.
