For the government to be able to enforce this law the government must build more affordable housing. So far as it’s the individual private owners that are providing accommodation even in remote and untarred areas this bellicose hotheaded approach will fail .

Too many politicians are landlords and who are you to report a politician landlord and who will listen to you if you make an attempt? It's the poor landlord sitting his somewhere minding his own business will be at the receiving end. When a prospective tenant approaches a landlord, the answer will be like a room is vacant but I won't rent it out for fear of being dragged to court. The landlord won't tell the prospective tenant that there's no vacant room oo he will be frank that there's a room and I need money to do one or two things in the room but....... there we shall see who plead.
