When you look at some cases Ex Parte Francis Arthur,Segbedzi,Nokwe,Baffoe Bonnie,Mahama Ayarigah,abd now Adu Boahen the issue has travelled from relevance through to current position Possesssoon.
So the law knows but on Case Management Conference the Accused must be given every thing he needs to defend himself!!!
So that is the position of Ghanas law now
