What is the duty of security officers? To make sure that students and their properties are safe.
If a mobile phone got missing whiles in the custody of a securityman at the examination hall, he must be made to refund it and be charged for deliration of duty.
That misconduct can led to being summarily dismissed and at the same time pay for the cost of the item lost or refund it.
