    Is it not shameful when $12million supposed to invested in Pawalugu dam that never was could have provided irrigation for tomato farmers. NPP has the nerves to talk this one too on JM

    Engage them for what, just fix our irrigational system and encourage the local farmers to do all year farming. Provide them with a ready market and they will cooperate fully.
