Agradaa's offence has to do with having scammed her gullible church members and some unsuspecting ignorant people, an act that is punishable by law.

If it's true that Agradaa's earlier heavy prison sentence was due to her criticism of President Mahama and she had to resort to Opanbour to intervene on her behalf for sentence reduction because Opanbour is connected to Mahama, then I can say that Ghana is a place of joke than we have known to be.
