  To the judge she shouldn't joke with the curses if indeed she took the money. My uncle who is a judge died in a similar circumstances in the late 1980s for a land dispute, a bribe and wrongful judgement. The judge must be careful and serious.

Settler farmers that we gave s9me parts of the land to farm on procured sharing basis, have managed to create a parallel documents and are claiming our cocoa farmland that our great grandfather bought as freehold in 1937 and had documents covering it. There is too much crookedness in our land administration system.
  
  So please let's first get the ruling and read, and then we can form our opinion on the matter.

The chief who is the custodian of the land and served as a witness said the plot in contention is the plot AF 10 and not their 12. Tell me, which judge will rule this in your favour? Maybe they paid the 200000 to the judge and have beeen disappointed

  He who alleges must be ready to provide evidence. It's funny and pathetic how people turn to the internet and social media to win sympathy and to destroy the hard earn reputation of some judges and leaders especially when they are illiterates and have no idea on the years of hardwork to attain such level of reputation. This guy is a clear example of what l am referring to. I pity where his ignorance will land him. His family even couldn't appeal the case within the period of appeal if they believe the judge was wrong and the family who won decided not to collect the 20, 000 compensation fine awarded. This case was concluded over 2years ago and now he thinks he can use the internet and social media to destroy the Judge. They were actually the plaintiff in the case and the owners of the land were defendents. Their family were giving another land by Afrancho Chief close to 30years ago, when the chief sat on the case, so that they vacate the said land for the real owners but they sold that land the chief gave them and refuse to vacate. The Afrancho chief is still alive and Ghanaweb can verify with him. He actually went to court as a witness

I wonder why you would pay 200 000 as a bribe to collect back what truly belongs to you, especially when you also went to court as a "defendent". The other family didn't go to court first because they where convinced the case was settled when the chief gave them another land. Little did they no that these crooks will take them to court to twist their hands to steal the land permanently. But God stood for them. The family even initially gave them the deal that they shouldn't raise new structures on the land again but should keep their building since they had no intention to pull down their building, but they wanted everything and now they have lost the deal and everything. He can curse or he can and nothing will happen to the judge. He has no power to make anybody blind or rot and nobody is rotten. They are all lies.

We should raise our level of thinking as Ghanaians and stop acting with emotions. The fact that someone is raising bribing allegation against a judge means that judge has taken the bribe? In Ghana, all it takes to destroy someone’s reputation is just to level false allegation against that person and some people who don’t reason well will just take it. I think this guy must be summoned by the courts to prove his allegation.

  THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO AVOID BECOMING BITTER.GOD IS ABLE TO MAKE UP FOR WHAT YOU HAVE LOST IF YOU PUT YOUR TRUST IN HIM ALONE AND NOT ON “ancestral gods” and evil spirits of the dark world who will always demand some form of spiritual "payment" from you in return for causing hurt to others whether deserved or not.
  Several years ago, a work colleague I helped along his career and even on two separate occasions intervened to prevent him losing his position started to cast a jealous eye on one of the positions I held. I sensed this and then a few months later he started bad-mouthing me and making up stories and gossip. Even though I could have faced him down I resisted this and let that position go which he gleefully and triumphantly grabbed for himself. Many colleagues felt that I had made a mistake letting him have his way especially as I was well regarded while in contrast he was not particularly liked and was regarded as not very good at his job. However barely two months into the job he made what can best be described as a catastrophic error of judgement clearly due to his arrogance, pridefulness, inexperience and lack of integrity. He was suspended and I discovered only 2 years ago that that the professional body that he is a member of removed his name from their register permanently, meaning that he will never be able to practice in the profession that he took years to build up. He is still unemployed to the present date and skipping from one odd job to another in other fields.
  WHEN WE RESIST BEING BITTER AND VENGEFUL WE ARE DOING OURSELVES A GREAT FAVOUR BECAUSE HOLDING ON TO BITTERNESS CAN DESTROY US EMOTIONALLY AND SPIRITUALLY FROM WITHIN IRRESPECTIVE OF THE CAUSE OR CAUSED IT.
  When we are bitter, we are far less productive and unable to function at our best so let us start doing ourselves a favour and resist bitterness. Persistent bitterness can also impact our mental and physical health in a significant way. WHEN YOU GIVE UP BEING BITTER (AND IT WON’T HAPPEN IN A DAY OR MONTH AND SOMETIME WILL TAKE A FEW YEARS TO GET OVER) YOU ARE BEING GOOD TO YOURSELF.
  The Bible has a lot to say about refusing and avoiding bitterness.

  The fact that you have stayed on a land for 40years doesn't give you ownership. You may have documentary evidence, but if the one claiming the land is able to proof that they are owners of the land with evidence before your 40years occupation and you have been prompted several times to leave the land, any judge who is sound shall rule against your ownership because how you acquire your land documents within the 40yrs might be ficticious.
