It's very pathetic hearing this. I'm myself physically handicap and have gone through this, at least once, after graduation in the late 1970s. I attended an interview at the Ghana Tourist Board (that was the name at the time) on the 6th Floor of the State House (now Parliament House). During the interview I could discern they didn't want to take me and were recommending me to pursue my application at the Prices and Incomes Board. I got appointed at the PIB later, also located at the State House. A fellow employee once asked me if I attended an interview at Ghana Tourist Board? He told me the interview report said, "He is very brilliant but we can't take him because of his disability." It didn't worry me much because the PIB was much better respected than the Tourist Board and PIB paid higher salaries.
