  Ghana be that! Our criminal political parties wantonly switch positions on issues depending on whether they are in power or suffering in opposition. Pre 2017, the NPP made plenty noise against sole sourced contracts, the NDC played defense gallantly. Then power switched hands, NPP became apostles of sole sourced contracts and NDC became crusaders against sole sourcing. The pendulum has swung again…….sole sourcing is now ok in the bible of the NDC and of course the NPP will be singing loudly against it from their hymn book!
