Pelicles, this is the first time in two years that you have said something sensible. You see, the concept of reparatory justice for slavery is an ideology steeped in historical ignorance. Idle minds have over the years, out of pure jealousy for the success of the West, concocted this distorted version of the slave trade, often ignoring the Arab participation, to feed on the guilty sentiments in the West ostensibly for a cash out. It is certain that this whole project is an exercise in futility. The West won't buy the stunt, neither will the Arabs who are actually the worst offenders as far as slavery is concerned. THe only outcome is seeing my hero JM Mahama somewhat pressing his own self-destruct button of his political legacy. So sad!!
