Look, these Jinapor brothers' dad is a big chief in the North who is affiliated to Asantehene. Indeed, their father is tied to the hip with the Asantehene. Their father is also tied to the hip of Mahama. His brother's hip is tied to Akuffo Addo and his clan. Note, Akuffo Addo took his younger brother through his legal studies. The two of them are the "sons" of Kuffuor. I mean they're very very close to Kuffuor.

If anyone think they will follow through with any corruption they find in any ministry they superintend, the person needs medication.

They have allegiances with those who matter in the country. Now whoever the NPP gave this contract to and did not perform will definitely be linked to the party. If anyone think his younger brother will not call him to say, hey bro, leave that man alone needs their brain checked. Apart from that, these miscreants will just call his dad and say, talk to your son. Again, whoever thinks he will not respect his dad, go to the nearest Psychiatric hospital.
Look at how he botched the electricity container matter. His brother also botched all those dynamite matter where people lost their lives. Note that everywhere they have gone, huge sums were and are lost but nothing happens.

JINAPOR knows this payment was only half of the payment Government of Ghana was required to make for the procurement of equipment from China for the contractors to use to execute the project. The amount is covered by an international bank guarantee and can be recovered if we don't want the project anymore and call back the guarantee. No one has chopped money. The reasons the project stalled was because of the debt crises causing government to fail to make full payment. Secondly the bulk of the funding was Chinese loan. There was no way additional funds could be extended to Ghana for the project when the country had begun a process of renegotiating old debts with its lenders including China. What else is there to investigate Jinapor when all these facts were put before the old parliament of which you were a member. Stop the cover up of present wrongdoing of your government by resorting to such dishonest declarations. We have not forgotten your lies about stolen ECG containers. Enough! We are not children.
