  Chrag is wrong on this issue regarding its ruling. Resubmitting asset declaration form is to serve as a benchmark for a public official regarding the total assets of that person when he or she assumed the new position. The new declaration replaces previously declared assets. Are these assets not completed and declared online? If chrag is referring to assets declared and submitted on paper then Ghana government has a big problem. Any assets submitted online makes the ruling nonsense by saying the receiving office would be inundated. What bull crap is this people? Asset declaration must be electronically submitted by government officials and made public for transparency purposes and to curb corruption and unexplained wealth by some of these government officials. Chrag is championing corruption pure and simple via this ruling. Very sickening. The ruling MUST be challenged in a higher court.
