This is one of the smartest ideologies but most Ghanaians may not feel comfortable with it, because they are evil and all they care about is selfish destruction of what benefits everyone in society. Selfishness, ignorance and evil mindset of destruction of great ideas is what keeps Ghana in poverty. I wish a honest politician would propose that the practice of political appointments be abolished to require all top officials in government to be elected by vote for the quick progress of Ghana. I cannot tell, if the MPs or law-makers cannot reason or not and whether or not if they can see that the practice of political appointments is never good for Ghana and it is not a genuine democracy. Those institutions mentioned only steps in when the crimes had already been committed but the value for money office will ensure the right is done before money is paid since our judicial system doesn't encourage recovery
