Another rubbish idea to suck the public purse. Value for money exists in all procurement processes. You don’t need a separate institution for that.
I wonder how Ghana has managed to get these WEAK MINDED leaders in our decision Making.
I pray one day our parliament will not be there, to save us from all these drama and "fooling ".
Do we, and, can we, ever have any institution that is truly autonomous in Ghana?
