These were private citizens going about their business unlike last year when they were on a national mission. When dozens of youth died in a road crash in Ashanti region (Juaso), and thousands of others elsewhere on daily basis, there were no press conferences, notice of condolences, nor mention. Was it because there were NO IMPORTANT personalities involved? I have no qualms with honoring the late Hebron families but what is good for the goose is definitely, absolutely and without doubt, good for the gander.

I do not blame you for making such comments because may be you do know that Captain Frank Donkor was a flight instructor and pilot who had signed multi-million dollar contracts on behalf of State of Ghana and foreign investors to train future pilots at soon start Ho pilot school in Volta region. He was returning from Ho on the business of Ghana when the tragedy happened.

This is just FYI. So knowing this will likely enlighten and broaden your horizon before making such uninformed statements. Peace out.

Ghanaian Government always claim that the National Coffers are empty so Nurses, Teachers, and other Professionals employed by the State cannot be paid promptly. Such discriminatory developments lead to agitations, strikes etc. Some people are more important than others. I close my case.

He was flying a 25-year old ultralight -- a junker. That is about as Ghanaian as it gets, so I don't have an issue with a state burial for the unknowing Ghanaian.
