  Country plays a role. However, I will dispute
  Poverty as the basic, Ghana’s Medical Facilities
  are the Woefully causes. Employees will demand
  Kick backs before registering a patient or else
  you would not be able to get attention and be
  registered for action taken. A times patient will
  Not receive medical care and go home or
  Limited medical care. The problem of medical
  or Corruption in Ghana cannot be described or
  Comment, It is a crucial issue and Serious matter
  to address. It is believed that every worker in
  Ghana must have an income everyday, illicit income
  before going home. A maternity patient can be
  left to fend for herself. Ghana is Reversing from
  Its Past Glory.

Can the midwives also walk around without fear in that area, visiting the defaulters at home, as it's being done at other areas ?.... choooow
