  YOU MUST BUILD THE TEAM WITH 80% LOCAL PLAYER from with Ghana premier league and 20% international players
  
  the Defense, and attacking midfield should 70% reserved for the local players, then forward / striker position made up of 30% international players
  
  Also, stick to the same starting 11 wherever you go. not necessary to maintain the same substitutes. Let the same players player every game so they can correct themselves together each time. they reform and reaffirm.
  
  why do you always start your games with 70%-90% new players. different goalkeeper, different defense, different striker??? your selection is already confused and so will your formation.
  
  if you are not interested in using the local players, then use the same international players...call them same players for each game, be it a friendly or world cup level. they will understand themselves more better. they will know each others' ability, agility, and weakness. they will know when, where, how and why.
  
  You go hunting with a complete different set of dogs or different combination of dogs, or different breeds and so your damn results will always be like this Austria 5:1 Ghana.
  
  or having 20 different teachers to teach the same course and the same class...you will get a poor results in the end
  
  maybe, go back and study the lines up of black stars from the 90s. watch the past games and learn when the same players were used. familiar faces among the team plays a key role.
  
  Also, maintain the national, original jersey colour like many countries do. Tell me if i am wrong...ever since you changed the jersey from yellow to rando colours, the team has slowly gone down the drain. the spirit of the team died. go back and observe when the jersey was yellow. from the U17 to senior team, all main jerseys were yellow, Tony Yeboah and Abedi's time....

  The players must be honest with themselves whether it’s necessary to participate in the World Cup finals unless they want to be seen to be there. What a shame! Ghana football is DEAD.

A good Coach bring out the best in their players. Check player positioning yesterday. Check the tactics yesterday, we did not have one. Every time l see Atti Zigi, l know we will surely concede and l haven't been wrong. That guy Adjetey Jonas is not Black Star material, no defender defend by raising his hand. Koln is not Black Star Material, Sibo is a hard worker but nothing more. Caleb Yirenchi is not a defender. Let players play their natural position Otto. If l were you l will not talk about a win before a match. Everytime you say that you fail. Otto must surely go, if Ghana mean business.
