Semenyo discipline like being the first, being at the gym, setting an example for the younger players, playing for a top club will motivate other players. Clueless coach doesn't even know some simple facts about the team: In friendlies especially during a world cup year, the Black Stars perform below par to prevent injuries, solution is to play a defensive game to avoid a humiliating result. If Benjamin Asare is your first choice keeper, put him in post to avoid humiliation. He probably has not heard of the saying that shame or humiliation does not befit a Ghanaian( and God is not like a Nigerian), if he knew these basic facts, he would have tried everything possible to avoid humiliation. Defeat, fine but not a humiliating one. Maybe, he does not have a clue about that either, poor thing!

Otto Addo has coached Ghana for years and still hasn’t formed a core quality team. Always changing and swapping even goal keepers. ROFL. If it was women he will be a playboy. If Otto don’t form a core team of at least 6 solid players who model the preferred behaviour that new additions must follow, he looks like a gambler not a coach. Hahahaaa. Learn from Senegal and Ivory Coast and the glory era of the Blackstars. There must always be a solid core team of players and one or two disciplined level-headed seniors that you build up who give 100% like their club level football, so new young additions don’t chillax or just run around without real purpose. Hahahaaa
