  A shithole country, always waiting for these type of things to happen before taking action. As a country we have to be proactive. Prevention is better than cure. Go round the whole country and you will see a lot of weak buildings all over the place, but even government officials responsible for checking those unsaved structures are taking bribe, and not doing their work.
