  I find the explanation of renovating the Black Star square unconvincing. Since Akuffo Addo government came out to say that the independent celebration was going to be on regional bases and Kumasi had taken it's turn, there was no way it'll be the turn of Accra in the near future. All the regions should've taken their turns before coming to the Black Star Square again. They intentionally did a shoddy renovation at the Square just to put some money in there own pocket. ThePAC must probe further.
