  I would have believed the words of the Managing Director as factual if he hadn't sound political. With ToRs problems starting from 2016-2024, then I knew there was nothing to take serious from the gentleman's narrations. He should not insult the intelligence of all Ghanaian; if he had just referred the problem to just a year earlier (2017), He would have sounded credible. He should just focus on what he can do to make the refinery efficient and profitable.
