That would be perfect and ensure a new manager beds in to take the Stars through world cup qualification and preparedness for the showpiece proper. That is, if he has to be sacked.

  I agree with this sentiment from Kwesi. Many of the current players play in Europe and the league season there is about to end. So I'm how the new coach is going to identify the players for the squad? I hope it isn't a way to influence who get selected to represent Ghana?? Secondly, we had many absentees in our squad because of injuries so it's unfair to blame the coach at this stage. The problem was with our defence especially and our attacking options were also depleted due to injury. I wonder what the new coach can do now until the world cup! The dismissal to me is a very bad and never a timely decision!
