  It is very easy to tell where this man is coming from. If wisdom had been the base rather than common sense the man would have preached the change of surface mining to down deep in the ground. A new mining shaft to be planted in a well deserved zone for miners to buy shares instead of degrading the forests reserves and polluting the water bodies.
  Ghanaians are well developed to manage some aspects, only the need of a technical leader.
  Now everyday what do we hear.
  Ask the man, at his home district how many land degrading so called miners had been sent there? Look at his cheeks . Has his salary alone pumped his cheeks?
  Innovative leader are needed not only the name as a leader to leave proper history behind.
