If every country declare public holiday just by qualifying for a football tournament of 48 countries, what should the world cup winner declare, one week of no work and holiday and partying? It just how low the bar is for African countries and hence their low productivity and under-development- typical 3rd world countries led by imbeciles who don't know their priorities.
