  Great news but ADBs role in agriculture development is really minimal , sponsoring best farmers award does not address what emerging farmers like me go through. There should be a special loan at lower interest for more years for farmers. I need loan for the construction of an irrigation pond for watering my farms and to also go into fish farming seriously. How can they help?
