This is a rip off to pay for your country infrastructure costs at the airport which should be borne by the indigenous taxpayer not the international traveller. This is pure deception by this government and this will come back to bite you, watch this space as this rip off of a conversation moves to social media to make the wider traveller more aware of this fleecing.

Well only Ghanaians who are coming home will suffer but if for tourism, people will look elsewhere. Even $50 dollars is not cheap. If we really want to create jobs a the tourism sector and improve our infrastructure, we ought to think deeper not the obvious and easy way out. Our economy will suffer in the long term if destination Ghana is continue to be expensive to visit.
