  Yes, repair it quickly so the "Bridge Boutique" operators can go back and spoil it again. This is Ghana, where we allow everybody to do whatever they want so we don't lose votes. Same with shops that block pedestrian walkways. But if pedestrians get crashed by vehicles because they have to walk on the road, we'll rush there and pretend we're concerned.
