  This is stupid. Once their top up payments are reflecting in your account then it means the revenue is coming to you. Blocking them is outrageous. PURC has to intervene. It looks like NDC has so soon forgotten they were once in opposition some two years ago. They should continue and soon, opposition will fit them again

If you claim the customers acquired the meters not through your approved channel, how did they manage to hook it up onto your system and started paying bills. Was it not your DTO who issued the tokens used to bring on board the meters onto your network? Please do self introspection and stop this nonsense Wei.
