The ministry is what’s being questioned and the head, in this case the health minister, should be answering it. Everything is politicised, guess the current minister is not talking to the former or the reverse may be the case. BTW, you pay mobilisation and claim no work has been done? Whoever says that has no knowledge in construction or the contractor is really really bogus…but I suspect the former is the case.

Now that the project has been moved to another site what happens to the mobilisation that may have taken place if it doesn’t fit to the old designs etc..

With due respect, Okoe Boye and his siblings would never agree to use the same contractor their father/parents select to build a new family home, God-forbid, if there is an untimely passing of the family patriarch. The survivors would regroup and review documents prior to deciding to a choice. They may chose to go some other way or continue with same contractor selected by parent.

What in God's name would compele Okoe Boye to pay that kind of money if not motivated by kick-back from the contractor? Was there time within which the contractor could have completed erecting a concrete pillar? In the erstwhile Akufo-Addo government administration each person was a potential thief at the time of job offer. The baseline expectation of how rich each person should get was driven by the "property seeking" democracy driver that sums up what the NPP party.
