After that , it will be forwarded to the President for his assent. Until that, what should the President do? May be, Mr. President could have avoided the expression "there is no urgency" for it even though that is the case. We all know the position of our father (President) on this matter.

The argument against same sex relationships is rooted in religion. What about those who are not religious? Can we stop them fron pursuing their own lifestyles?
